Jason has always had a love for cooking. Ever since he was a child, he enjoyed watching and mimicking his grandmother cooking and preparing meals for the family. He enjoys creating and learning new recipes, always opens to new ideas to enhance his palette. He spent several years working in different restaurants learning various great techniques and styles before pursuing his education Culinary Management Nutrition in George Brown College. Acknowledging the increasing awareness of nutrition in the entire Foodservices industry, Jason is zealous to use his skills and nutritional knowledge to create more healthy delicious meals for the market. Jason’s dream is to have his own restaurant in the future.
