Chris Salmon

Born and raised in Jamaica, Christopher Salmon came to Canada at the age of 14. At the age of 17, Chris had his first job at the Montana’s Cookhouse. Started off washing dishes, Chris soon worked his way up to be a line cook. After working in Montana’s, Chris realized his passion for cooking and decided to attend Culinary Management Nutrition Program in George Brown College. Now as a graduate from George Brown, Chris is completing his externships in different restaurants and organizations. With his Jamaican background and lots of creativity, enthusiasm, experiences in cooking, Chris is using his talents to create many more different authentic ethnic cuisines.
